Code Switch is a dramedy series that closely observes Jide, a young Black tech exec at a start-up based in Brooklyn, NY. The show mixes situational comedy with introspective moments of self-discovery and faith-building as Jide navigates showing up as his authentic self.
[meet the creator]
Niyi Odumosu
Niyi was born and raised in Trenton, NJ to two Nigerian immigrants. After receiving a B.S. in Computer Science and later a M.S. in Engineering Management, he worked for nearly a decade in the tech industry as a Software Engineer. In 2020, Niyi discovered his passion for screenwriting and storytelling. Since then, Niyi has developed his craft in screenwriting and filmmaking, leading him to develop multiple TV pilot scripts. He’s recently directed and executive produced his first short film, Code Switch, as a POC for a tv series through his production company Honor of God Productions LLC.
